Joyner Library has subscribed to three new resources that support the humanities programs at ECU. The databases are:
ACLS Humanities E-Book: Digital collection of over 1,700 full-text titles offered by the ACLS in collaboration with twelve learned societies, nearly 95 contributing publishers, and librarians at the University of Michigan’s Scholarly Publishing Office. The result is an online, fully searchable collection of high-quality books in the Humanities, recommended and reviewed by scholars and featuring unlimited multi-user access.
Iter Bibliography: Online bibliography of more than 1,000,000 records for articles, essays, books, dissertation abstracts, encyclopedia entries and reviews. This powerful research tool is of essential use to scholars of the Middle Ages and / or the Renaissance (400-1700). ECU’s subscription also includes access to
Milton: A Bibliography for the Years 1624-1700: Revised and for the Years 1701-1799, Bibliography of English Women Writers, 1500-1640, Iter Italicum, and Baptisteria Sacra, as well as the fulltext of three journals:
Records of Early English Drama,
Early Theatre, and
